The best Bay Area sandwich isn't in San Francisco, according to the 'Sandwich Saint'

Damian Costello, known on Instagram as the "Sandwich Saint," names the tuna melt one of the best sandwiches in the Bay Area. Owner Gerry Mogg on the tuna: "The texture of the tuna fish is wonderful, light and airy" — griddled on the roll to create a checker pattern across the top.
